Today Mrs. Schlapman’s class had its book-exchange Christmas Party. I look forward to these parties each year. I love visiting the classroom, watching the kids play, and spending some time with the teachers. I believe everyone truly enjoyed the day!

For the past several years a dear friend has been kind enough to take pictures of my two babies.

I have said this every year for the last five years but, I CAN NOT believe my baby is another year older!! How could it be? Why do they insist on growing up so fast? However, Braden is 5 and I am so thankful that he is growing up like he should. He truly is a typical boy!! Rowdy, rambunctious, and adventurous. He is just the way God made him and I am thankful for him everyday!!
This year, he chose Star Wars as the theme of his party (not a surprise)!! I knew that it would be fun, but I never expected to have the visitor we did. No other than Darth Vader himself!!
Braden was so adorable. He wasn’t really sure who this man was but later played it off like he knew it was his Pa-Paw all along.
It was a fun party filled with Craft Making,

Candle Blowing,
Present opening good times!!

This year we decided to stay in our own neighborhood to Trick-or-Treat.
We had a fantastic time!! I think we should do this every year!!
Braden went as his favorite Star Wars character.
Adaline was a beautiful butterfly.
A few of our favorite people came along, Harry Potter and Cinderella.
